DAHLIA TUBERS

All our dahlia tubers are cultivated and sold by us right here in Feilding, New Zealand —we do not import. Our tubers are healthy, disease-free, and viable.

Presale tubers won’t be shipped until spring when eyes are showing and will be inspected before shipping. We reserve the right to refund any tubers that aren’t up to standard. Tubers come in all different sizes, small big and funny shapes — as long as they have at least one eye, neck and body they will grow. Storing tubers until you are ready to plant them is not True Florals responsibility and refunds will not be accepted if your tuber rots.

If you encounter any issues with your tuber, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot offer refunds after this period.

PLANTS

Our seedlings and dahlia cuttings are nurtured in a high-quality mix to ensure they have the best possible start. Our dahlia plants, grown from cuttings, have developed robust root systems and are healthy, disease-free, and ready for planting. They will produce tubers over the season and grow into vibrant plants with beautiful blooms. Dahlias grow quickly, so you can expect blooms within the same year!

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Bouquets and DIY event buckets are available for pickup, with delivery options within Palmerston North, Feilding, and surrounding areas.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your items. We cannot process returns or refunds after this period.
